Austin Pearson

Austin Pearson graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science in Business – Finance and minors in Mathematics and Economics. Austin originally started at KGP Inc. at the Chicago Board of Trade CME in 2008, trading treasury futures. From there, the co-founders, Austin and Kirby Pearson, eventually moved the business plan to better suit the evolving real estate market in Chicago. Born and raised in many different neighborhoods in the downtown Chicago area, Austin provides insider experience with market data. He provides ingenuity when marketing each property independently as well as transaction management skills, closing over 574 transactions in 2014 alone, making his team 21st in the nation, published by the Wall Street Journal.

Austin has managed over 1/2 of a billion in sales transactions and over 3,500 transactions in his career. Austin’s care for the customer and his professional service are easily noticeable from the start of all real estate relationships.

Austin is also the managing principal of PRG Management, which manages over 2800 residential and commercial addresses and ~$500 million in assets across the Chicagoland area. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Lincoln Park Builders, an active participant with the Chicago Association of Realtors, and Treasurer of the Benevolent Housing Association, NFP.
