A lifelong Illinois resident who grew up in the city and lived in the Avondale area for 31 years. She currently lives in Plainfield IL. for the past 5 years. As an Illinois native Latina, she is bilingual in English and Spanish, Victoria is proud of her inner-city roots having called Avondale her home for 31 years. She now resides in Plainfield, IL, and serves the greater Chicago area.
