Austin Pearson graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelors of Science in Business – Finance and minors in Mathematics and Economics. Austin originally started at KGP Inc. at the Chicago Board of Trade CME in 2008 trading treasury futures. There they eventually moved the business plan to better suit the evolving real estate market in Chicago. Born and raised in many different neighborhoods in the downtown Chicago area, Austin provides insider experience in market data. He provides ingenuity when marketing each property independently as well as transaction management skills, closing over 574 transactions in 2014 alone, making his team 21st in the nation published by the Wall Street Journal. Austin has managed over $450 million in sales transactions and over 2,500 transactions in his career.
