Kirby Pearson grew up in the construction/real estate business. After graduating with a Finance degree from the University of Wisconsin, he built a successful commodity brokerage firm owning seats on the Chicago Board of Trade CME. KGP Inc. was one of the largest treasury futures brokers at the Chicago Board of Trade doing business for the majority of large brokerage firms, banks and hedge funds. During this period Mr. Pearson bought and sold distressed properties.
He has been licensed in the state of Illinois for 10 years. Kirby Pearson is the Broker/Owner of Pearson Realty Group. Mr. Pearson is an experienced short sale and REO real estate broker speaking on the topic to various financial institutions and investments groups.

Parker Pearson
Parker Pearson graduated from Miami University of Ohio with a Bachelors of Science in Business - Accountancy. He has lead the forefront in retaining REO clients at the Pearson Group. Parker oversees the majority of the bank owned business by coordinating general contractors and inspections to being the eyes, ears, and expertise of value in the field for abroad asset managers.

Austin Pearson graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelors of Science in Business - Finance and two minors in Mathematics and Economics. Austin originally started at KGP Inc. at the Chicago Board of Trade CME in 2008 trading treasury futures. There they eventually moved the business plan to better suit the evolving real estate market in Chicago.
